Coralie (Corey) Palek is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. As a nurse, she worked for seven years in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit in Westchester, New York. Following completion of her Nurse Practitioner degree she began working in Adult Cardiology. While working in Cardiology she explored her interest in Esthetics, becoming certified in the Advanced Techniques of Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers for the use of Facial Enhancement. As Corey pursued her Medical Aesthetic passion, she worked in the speciality of Heart Failure. As a cosmetic injector for the last 10 years - First in New York City and then in New Jersey Corey has completed thousands of successful procedures and has done so with her unique approach to the aesthetics industry. Her focus for her clients is also always on happiness and empowerment to feel confident in oneself. With that idea in mind, Corey’s treatments focus solely on what is bothering each client. She spends a considerable amount of time discussing concerns, while never telling clients “what they need”. In 2019, she opened her first office in Bedminster, NJ and has since moved Glo into it’s permanent home in Far Hills, NJ. She lives in Bedminster, NJ with her Husband and daughter and loves bringing happiness to her clients here in the Somerset Hills area.
Tim Graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg Va, in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and then again from James Madison in 2008 with a Masters in Education. In 2008, Tim Co-Founded and served as the CEO of DailyFItLog.com, an education technology company geared towards offering schools access to technology to enhance the health and wellness of their students. In 2009 Daily Fit Log launched their platform which quickly grew to over 150,000 student users across 33 states. As CEO, Tim oversaw both the strategic vision and educational content of the business. In 2016 Tim joined his wife Corey in starting Glo Esthetics. Tim now serves as the Business Manager for Glo, managing the marketing initiatives and all non-medical components of the business. Tim is an avid basketball fan and serves as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Hillsborough High School.
As a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Lauren is certified in the
Advanced Techniques of Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers for the use Facial
Enhancement. Along with injectables, Lauren excels in the placement of PDO threads for
both lifting and collagen building. She also performs microneedling and all procedures
offered here at Glo Esthetics. Lauren has managed some of the most clinically complex
patients suffering from chronic diseases such as congestive heart failure. She Co-
Founded and ran the LVAD (artificial heart) program at NYU Langone Medical Center
and up until she joined Glo, continued to practice at Morristown Medical Center working
with advanced heart failure, LVAD, and heart transplant patients.Through these clinical
experiences, she has gained the ability to perform extensive clinical procedures.She lives
in North Caldwell with her Husband and two children. She loves her journey at Glo
Esthetics and excels at using her artistic eye to achieve each individual patient’s goals.

on all techniques and devices.

Stephanie Ronco is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine with a focus on injectables (including advanced technique in all FDA approved neurotoxins and dermal fillers for facial balancing and optimization), collagen boosting modalities such as Sculptra, Radio Frequency microneedling, SkinPen microneedling with PRP/PRF, IPL laser medicine, PDO mono threading and high quality skin assessments for the collaborative development of patient skin care routines at Glo Esthetics. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the medical aesthetic industry by prioritizing education and all advanced training in aesthetics. The emphasis she places on staying current with new published skills and techniques is the heartbeat of Stephanie’s passion that she brings to Glo patients. She loves the consultation portion of a patients aesthetic journey because of its collaborative way to achieve all patient aesthetic and anti aging goals. Stephanie obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Seton Hall University. Prior to entering the field of Aesthetic Medicine, she spent the entirety of her career in the hospital setting as an ICU RN working in Cardiac Critical Care in which she cared for highly compromised cardiac and respiratory patients. For the remaining 8 years as an RN, she worked in Labor and Delivery at Morristown Medical Center and cared for high risk obstetrical patients and newborns. She developed extensive procedural skills while dealing with critical life saving procedures on a daily basis. Ultimately, Stephanie’s passion in aesthetic medicine is rooted in creating a trusting relationship with all of her patients. Her philosophy of a “look good, feel good” mindset starts from within. She believes in not fixing what is “wrong” but rather enhancing what is right by empowering her patients from the inside out. Stephanie loves to educate her patients on how to gracefully navigate the aging process while helping them achieve their aesthetic goals at Glo Esthetics.
Sarah has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. She has exponentially grown her knowledge on skin types and skincare needs, especially in the medical esthetics field. She works extensively with Hydrafacial, dermaplaning and SkinPen microneedling as well as the other procedures offered at Glo. She has a passion for making her guests feel beautiful, while being amiable towards anyone who walks in her door. Sarah is constantly working to make sure she is educated on the ever changing world of skin. She has a high knowledge of medical grade skincare and procedures/treatments. She is dedicated to correcting your skin and customizing the experience to make sure you get the total package. Gina is one of our Patient Care Coordinators at Glo. She graduated from Montclair State University in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and has several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry where she planned and executed promotional medical education programs. Gina has a passion for customer service and always aims to ensure each patient has the best possible experience. She keeps everything running smooth and is our ultimate go-to. Jenna joined Glo in January of 2023 as one of our patient care coordinators. Prior
to this, she worked for 28 years as a registered dental assistant in cosmetic dentistry. In this
role, her knowledge of skincare needs and esthetics were enhanced. She is looking forward to
greeting our clients and further developing her passion for aesthetics while working at Glo.

Leah has been an esthetician for 10+ years with qualifications and expertise in the
latest skincare services, including SkinPen microneedling, radio frequency skin tightening
treatments and is also a certified acne expert. Working with a variety of skin types and
conditions, her craft matches her mission to educate how skin health is important to our physical
and emotional well-being. Her love for skincare and getting to know each client individually sets

A graduate of Empire School of Beauty, Noelle has been a practicing Esthetician for 10 years with a strong passion for skincare and skin science. Upon graduating from school, Noelle moved quickly into her skincare career upon graduation immediately working at Massage Envy where her confidence quickly grew. From there she moved on to Eforea Spa, which was located inside of the Hilton Hotel in Short Hills, NJ. At Eforea, Noelle was introduced to more advanced treatments like peels, LED and Microcurrent, Microdermabrasion and Kierstin Florian’s K-lift machine and one of the more anticipated treatments upon its introduction to the skincare market, HydraFacial. Seeing the results achieved with Hydrafacial was unlike anything she had experienced before. After Eforea experienced a formal shutdown, she moved on to LifeSpa in Bridgewater. Working in the LifeSpa has broadened her horizons as an Esthetician working with Oxygen Rx Treatments along with more advanced peel systems. Now a member of our Glo team and resident Hydrafacial Expert, Noelle is available to provide advanced Clinical Facials, Dermaplaning and HydraFacial based treatments. Noelle loves being able to connect with her clients and provide high quality service to make a lasting impact. Outside of Skincare, Noelle is a WPA certified Paddle Board Instructor and teaches Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga) in the summers.
Taylor graduated from Penn State in 2021 with a degree in Biobehavioral Health
and has since been gaining healthcare experience as a physical therapy aide and pediatric
medical assistant. She joined Glo in January of 2023, as one of our patient care coordinators
and has enjoyed learning more about esthetics within her role. She is eager to attend Seton
Hall’s Physician Assistant program this fall and hopes to one day work as a PA in Aesthetics.

Beliefs & Values
I truly believe in my heart that Glo Esthetics is an avenue to empower women to feel confident and beautiful. I don’t define Glo as a company that provides cosmetic injections. Yes, that’s part of what we do, but it’s not at all who we are.
At times, it’s hard being a woman – and for Glo, it’s about making that easier. Through our procedures, we look to eliminate those small unwanted sign of aging that eat at your confidence. Our goal, silence the negative thoughts that fuel doubt.
I want Glo to be a symbol of a woman’s absolute beauty and power, a symbol of reestablishing self-esteem and happiness. Confidence makes us all Glo and that’s exactly what I want all women to feel every time they look in the mirror.
I am not here to change you. I am here to remind you who you are. This is just the start of where this adventure is going and thank you to all the amazing women who are taking it with me.
