Coralie (Corey) Palek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. As a nurse, she worked for seven years in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit in Westchester, New York. Following completion of her Nurse Practitioner degree, she began working in Adult Cardiology. While working in Cardiology, she explored her interest in Esthetics, becoming certified in the Advanced Techniques of Neurotoxins and dermal fillers for facial enhancement. As Corey pursued her Medical Aesthetic passion, she worked in the specialty of Heart Failure.
As a cosmetic injector for the last 10 years - First in New York City and then in New Jersey Corey has completed thousands of successful procedures and has done so with her unique approach to the aesthetics industry. Her focus for her clients is also always on happiness and empowerment to feel confident in oneself. With that idea in mind, Corey’s treatments focus solely on what is bothering each client. She spends a considerable amount of time discussing concerns, while never telling clients “what they need”.
In 2019, she opened her first office in Bedminster, NJ, and has since moved Glo into its permanent home in Far Hills, NJ. She lives in Bedminster, NJ, with her husband and daughter, and loves bringing happiness to her clients here in the Somerset Hills area.
Tim graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then again from James Madison in 2008 with a Master's in Education. In 2008, Tim Co-Founded and served as the CEO of DailyFItLog.com, an education technology company geared towards offering schools access to technology to enhance the health and wellness of their students. In 2009, Daily Fit Log launched its platform, which quickly grew to over 150,000 student users across 33 states.
As CEO, Tim oversaw both the strategic vision and educational content of the business. In 2016, Tim joined his wife, Corey, in starting Glo Esthetics.
Tim now serves as the Business Manager for Glo, managing the marketing initiatives and all non-medical components of the business. Tim is an avid basketball fan and serves as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Hillsborough High School.
As a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Lauren is certified in the Advanced Techniques of Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers for the use of Facial Enhancement. Along with injectables, Lauren excels in the placement of PDO threads for both lifting and collagen building. She also performs microneedling and all procedures offered here at Glo Esthetics. Lauren has managed some of the most clinically complex patients suffering from chronic diseases such as congestive heart failure.
She co-founded and ran the LVAD (artificial heart) program at NYU Langone Medical Center, and up until she joined Glo, continued to practice at Morristown Medical Center, working with advanced heart failure, LVAD, and heart transplant patients. Through these clinical experiences, she has gained the ability to perform extensive clinical procedures.
She lives in North Caldwell with her husband and two children. She loves her journey at Glo Esthetics and excels at using her artistic eye to achieve each individual patient’s goals. Lauren is dedicated to the art and science behind aesthetic procedures and stays current on all techniques and devices.

Gina is one of our Patient Care Coordinators at Glo. She graduated from Montclair State University in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and has several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, where she planned and executed promotional medical education programs. Gina has a passion for customer service and always aims to ensure each patient has the best possible experience. She keeps everything running smoothly and is our ultimate go-to. Jenna joined Glo in January of 2023 as one of our patient care coordinators. Prior to this, she worked for 28 years as a registered dental assistant in cosmetic dentistry. In this role, her knowledge of skincare needs and esthetics was enhanced. She is looking forward to greeting our clients and further developing her passion for aesthetics while working at Glo.
