Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all our customers at Glo Esthetics, please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a deposit at the time of scheduling. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be considered non-refundable. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

 

Child Safety Policy

We write this policy with the utmost respect for parents, as the majority of us here are parents ourselves. We love seeing your babies. However, as we are a medical facility, it is for safety reasons and insurance purposes that children may not accompany you to appointments longer than 15 minutes, and children under 12 may not be left alone in the waiting area at any time. We do understand that last minute emergencies occur and ask that you reach out to us via phone prior, as needed. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child.
